Dr. T.M. Robinson-Mosley
Dr. T.M. Robinson-Mosley (affectionately known as “Mosley”) is a counseling psychologist and sport mental health expert. She is the principal and managing partner of Mosley and Associates Consulting, which is the umbrella brand for counseling and psychological services, sports performance consulting, inclusion and belonging training, and culturally responsive leadership development. For nearly 15 years, Dr. Mosley has served in leadership positions across the diverse landscape of higher education, which include roles in the Ivy League, large Division I institutions, highly selective Division III liberal arts, Hispanic-serving institutions (HSI), women’s colleges, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). After years of working with elite athletes and championship sports organizations in her private practice, Dr. Mosley created The Sports Mental Health & Wellness Playbook®, an award-winning performance mental health startup.
Shae Robinson-Mosley
Shae Robinson-Mosley is a Detroit native and Atlanta local. She is a physician assistant and former athletic trainer for NCAA championship teams in Division I and Division II Intercollegiate Athletics. Currently, she is the VP of Adolescent & Sports Medicine for Mosley and Associates Consulting. Prior to her work as a senior consultant, Shae served as the only full-time pediatric medical provider at the Grady Health System - Infectious Disease Program (IDP) Clinic, which houses the largest pediatric and adolescent HIV/AIDS clinic in the United States. As a primary care provider, Shae practices medicine with a “whole-person” approach – a trauma-informed, culturally humble, responsive method of addressing patients’ social, emotional, and medical needs. She regularly incorporates her unique clinical experiences and sports medicine background into her research framework as she works to complete her Ph.D. in Public Health with a focus on Behavioral Science at Johns Hopkins University.
DR. Teresa Maria Linda Scholz
Teresa Maria Linda Scholz (Ph.D., University of Colorado, Boulder) is the Interim Assistant Vice Chancellor for the Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODEI) at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Dr. Scholz comes to UCSC from having been an Associate Professor (with tenure) at Eastern Illinois University in Communication Studies, and affiliated Women’s Studies and Latin American Studies faculty.
DR. LEE DORPFELD
Dr. Lee Dorpfeld is the Behavioral Health and Sport Performance Specialist for the Athletic Department at The University of South Florida. He has over 20 years of clinical and sport/performance psychology experience. Dr. Dorpfeld’s work includes having served as a Clinician, Addiction Professional, Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical Director and Sport Psychology Consultant in the private sector, university counseling centers and athletic departments.
Brina Jolin
Brina Jolin is an award-winning creative professional leading marketing and communications, branding, and community engagement initiatives in corporate and nonprofit environments. She has had the unique privilege of leading and developing exemplary teams of multidisciplinary creatives and has managed and created brand identities, marketing and communications plans and strategies, digital properties and physical collateral, national campaigns, and experiential events for national and international brands.
Chantal Revere
Chantal is an attorney for an international firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. She has extensive experience in legal compliance, contract negotiations and labor and employment law. In other roles, Chantal has specialized in workers' compensation and personal injury matters. She is a graduate of Agnes Scott College and Southern University Law School. Her previous legal research encompassed analyzing the relationship between Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA). Chantal strives to utilize her legal background by being an active participant in her community and advocating for social equality.
Rosalinda Gallegos
Rosalinda brings over two decades of dedicated experience working with disadvantaged communities, with a central mission of enhancing the well-being of individuals to nurture thriving communities. As a compassionate leader, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to establish and nurture positive relationships, oversee projects from inception to successful completion, formulate effective educational strategies, and provide invaluable coaching to individuals striving for success.
Sigele Winbush
Sigele Winbush is a practicing communications professional with expertise in media relations, strategic communications, civic engagement and special event coordination. Sigele began her career at Ahmann, Inc. where she worked on a series of high profile projects providing strategic communications, media relations and civic engagement support around regional public policy issues. Her professional experience also includes work with companies such as Argonne Parades, the Barkley Russell Agency, and Planners for Environmental Quality.

LaTonya Story is the CEO and Founder of LPS Consulting PR, a sports and lifestyle boutique agency with over 20 years of experience working in the public relations and marketing space representing high-profile personalities, consumer and corporate brands, and non-profit organizations. Her current and past clients include Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, NFL, NBA and WNBA players, USA Olympians, coaches, sports and TV personalities, corporate brands, and business professionals.
Michelle Obeso-Theus
Michelle Obeso-Theus currently serves as the Growth and Development Strategist for the KAI Eleven Fund and KAI Eleven Consultancy, a black and minority-led Business Consulting Firm co-created with Kyrie Irving to help underrepresented entrepreneurs across a multitude of industries. In addition, Michelle is the Founder and CEO of TWO11Consulting Inc. with over 12 years of business development, sports management, marketing, and philanthropic experience.
Tarun Galagali, MBA
Tarun Galagali is the founder and CEO of Mandala, which partners with companies on their DEI strategies and helps improve the resilience & belonging for BIPOC employees. Prior, he worked as the Director of Strategy at Talkspace, Product Marketer at Google, and a Senior Political Advisor to Congressman Ro Khanna (CA-17). He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
