Mission
The mission of Student-Athlete Development Services is to develop and implement innovative programs and individualized support services that will empower student-athletes and their families to make informed decisions about the transition from high school to collegiate athletics. Additionally, programming is designed to prepare student-athletes to make positive contributions to their communities and have the best opportunity to grow and succeed in college and in professional endeavors later in life.
Philosophy
Student-Athlete Development Services strives to provide a world-class experience for high school student-athletes by providing educational programs and support for students and their families that address personal growth, college preparation, leadership, and community service. Services focus on the total development of our student-athletes and recognizes their unique experiences and changing needs particularly with regard to the transition from high school to college. We will assist student-athletes and their families as they determine which collegiate academic and athletic program is the best fit. Programming is designed to develop character and integrity, to help identify transferable skills, and to teach student-athletes how to effectively navigate campus resources.
Leadership and Personal Development
Leadership development is provided through a variety of group workshops and individualized educational opportunities. Leadership education also focuses on the qualities and transferable skills that you develop as an athlete.
Community Service
We recognize that student-athletes are often seen as leaders in their communities. We encourage student-athletes to give back and impact their communities positively by instilling a spirit of service and the importance of helping others.
Educational Workshops
We provide programs and workshops that are essential to understanding the student-athlete experience in college. Transferrable and life skills education are presented through workshops, family meetings, individual advising, and group meetings.

Our team aims to manage the recruitment and student-athlete development processes for and increase the number of college athletic scholarship offers to players on your teams. Additionally, we will prepare your players for the academic transition from high school to college. By increasing the national profile of your student-athletes, we will create new revenue streams and exposure for the athletics programs at your school.
