For nearly 20 years, Shae has devoted her career to the care and development of children, adolescents, and young adults.

As a medical provider responsible for the complex management of HIV-infected and perinatally exposed patients between the ages of newborn to twenty-five years, she seamlessly translates complicated medical information into easy-to-understand, age-appropriate content for diverse patient populations and routinely finds creative ways to involve patients in the treatment planning process.

Shae Robinson-Mosley is a Detroit native and Atlanta local. She is a physician assistant and former athletic trainer for NCAA championship teams in Division I and Division II Intercollegiate Athletics. Currently, she is the VP of Adolescent & Sports Medicine for Mosley and Associates Consulting. Prior to her work as a senior consultant, Shae served as the only full-time pediatric medical provider at the Grady Health System - Infectious Disease Program (IDP) Clinic, which houses the largest pediatric and adolescent HIV/AIDS clinic in the United States. As a primary care provider, Shae practices medicine with a “whole-person” approach – a trauma-informed, culturally humble, responsive method of addressing patients’ social, emotional, and medical needs. She regularly incorporates her unique clinical experiences and sports medicine background into her research framework as she works to complete her Ph.D. in Public Health with a focus on Behavioral Science at Johns Hopkins University. While she has had an array of professional experiences, Shae’s most memorable moments were helping elite athletes get back into the game after serious injuries.
