Rosalinda brings over two decades of dedicated experience working with disadvantaged communities, with a central mission of enhancing the well-being of individuals to nurture thriving communities. As a compassionate leader, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to establish and nurture positive relationships, oversee projects from inception to successful completion, formulate effective educational strategies, and provide invaluable coaching to individuals striving for success.

Rosalinda's journey began as a young mother of three, and her early experiences as a teen mom inspired her to serve as a Council Aide and motivational speaker, influencing and inspiring countless youths in the San Fernando Valley. Subsequently, she relocated her family to the California Central Valley region, where she assumed roles as the Director of after-school programs in both Lodi and Stockton school districts.

Her determination to pursue higher education led her to the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she graduated with distinction, earning a double major in Sociology and Legal Studies.

Rosalinda's career continued to evolve as she took on pivotal roles within educational institutions, including Dean of Students, Student Services. Her responsibilities extended to serving as a Crisis Intake Coordinator, where she addressed pressing issues such as food insecurities, financial crises, and immediate mental health concerns affecting students. She played a significant role in guiding institutions through implementing Title IX policies and procedures. Additionally, Rosalinda was instrumental in the nationwide deployment of the UC Global Food Initiative and played a pivotal role in demystifying CalFresh to benefit the Santa Cruz community.

Over the following two decades, Rosalinda profoundly impacted hundreds of lives. Her contributions encompassed providing invaluable guidance, life coaching expertise, and offering consultation services to colleges, business leaders, political figures, Provosts, and faculty/administration members, all aimed at enhancing the well-being of campus communities and the community at large.

Today, Rosalinda serves as the CEO/Owner of SEED Consulting LLC, where she has pioneered a holistic life coaching program with a strong emphasis on mental wellness. She is also actively pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology, Marriage Family Therapy at Pepperdine University, further expanding her knowledge and expertise in the field of mental health. Furthermore, Rosalinda holds the esteemed position of Chief of Staff at The Sports Mental Health and Wellness Playbook, an award-winning company dedicated to promoting mental health in sports and beyond.
