As a passionate leader, Michelle dedicates herself to impacting basketball culture globally.

Michelle Obeso-Theus currently serves as the Growth and Development Strategist for the KAI Eleven Fund and KAI Eleven Consultancy, a black and minority-led Business Consulting Firm co-created with Kyrie Irving to help underrepresented entrepreneurs across a multitude of industries. In addition, Michelle is the Founder and CEO of TWO11 Consulting Inc., with over 12 years of business development, sports management, marketing, and philanthropic experience.

With a proven track record of streamlining multiple ventures for athletes and developing off-court revenue opportunities, Michelle works diligently to establish her clients for long-term financial success in traditional and non-traditional markets. Primarily working with elite NBA athletes, including the late legend Kobe Bryant, she has created business opportunities and implemented social responsibility efforts worldwide, including in Japan, Hong Kong, Ghana, Kenya, Sydney, and several other countries. As a passionate leader, Michelle dedicates herself to impacting basketball culture globally.

Michelle holds a board seat on the Alliance College-Ready Public Schools for Los Angeles Unified School District; and an advisory board seat on the Greenwood Standard, a black-owned multi-vendor digital platform for socially-conscious consumers where they can connect with and support Black-owned merchants and makers.
